This week I come with a humble request to the financial operators, accountants, BizOps folks, financial controllers…anyone who is managing finance and accounting at a company in the web3 / crypto / blockchain ecosystem. We have an extremely short survey (should take less than 5 minutes) inquiring about the tools you use as part of your financial operations (“FinOps”) stack. Participants will receive the high-level insights from the survey. Responses are due by October 25th.
As you all are keenly aware, payment solutions cannot live in a vacuum. It is critical for payment solutions to be integrated with other financial tooling related to accounting, spend management, tax reporting, and financial analysis. This belief has guided our product development at Loop. It also means we try to dig a level deeper with our clients to understand how they are putting all the pieces together when it comes to managing payments. This sets up both sides for success and ensures Loop fits seamlessly into your stack.
While we have had the chance to learn about the FinOps stacks of many of our current clients, we want to expand the pie and learn more. This survey is our way of doing that. None of the individual responses will be shared. It is for informational purposes to guide our product roadmap. If you can spare a few minutes, we would greatly appreciate it!
